A new minimally invasive treatment for nasal obstruction from a deviated septum. Using a device called a controlled radial expansion balloon (RELIEVA TRACT), we can correct bony deviations in the septum with incisions under local anesthesia in the clinic. There is minimal post procedure down time. The above picture demonstrates a before and after CT of the face. On the left you can see the bony spur of the nasal septum with the picture on the right demonstrating a correction of the deviation after dilation.
